Placing your order: Place your order HERE. We are unable to accept orders through any other method (e.g. phone, email, social media or walk-ins).

Payment: To guarantee that your Order is successfully placed, we require payment at the time of placing your order via Paypal. Please note that we are unable to process any cash payments.

Payment authorisation: Where any payment you make is not authorised, your Order will not be processed.

Delivery / collection time slots:

COLLECTION: We have 10min time slots to book your collection. 

DELIVERY: We have 30 min windows in which you can book your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Although every effort will be made to have your Order ready within estimated times for deliveries and collections, we cannot guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times. The latest time slot for collection is 9:30pm and the latest delivery window is 9-9:30pm.

Delivery & COVID-19 safety precautions: For the safety of yourself and our staff, our driver (who will be wearing suitable PPE) will knock on your door, place the food down and stand back to allow you to pick it up.

Collection & COVID-19 precautions: Please come to the front of The Brewery Tap pub and follow all signage. Please wear a face mask and make use of the sanitising stations available. Please maintain an appropriate distance from others whilst waiting.

Collection: Motherchip collections are available from the front door of The Brewery Tap, 98-100 Lawson Road, Norwich, NR3 4LF. Please note that we are not able to take any walk-ins; all Orders must be pre-booked in advance through our website. Please also note that the car park is closed and will be used by The Brewery Tap for Beer Takeaway customers only. So that we can socially distance Motherchip and The Brewery Tap customers, the front of the pub is for Motherchip customers only and the back of the pub is for Beer Takeaways only. However, if you have ordered beer alongside your Motherchip order, it will be brought to you at the front door along with your food order.

Minimum spend: To qualify for delivery, you must spend a minimum of £15 which must include one Motherchip main dish. You will be charged an additional £1.95 for delivery. If you wish to collect your Order, there is a £10 minimum spend.

Sale of alcohol: You must be 18 years or older to order alcohol. In the case of ordering a delivery, proof of age must be seen by the delivery driver before any alcohol will be given. For collection, proof of age must be seen by a staff member. If you do not have proof of age, we may not be able to supply you with the alcohol that you have ordered, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Allergies: It is very important that you make us aware of any allergies that you have when placing your Order. Please note that all the common allergens are listed on the menu. If you have any other allergies, we have a full list of all of the ingredients within each dish which we can check for you. Although every care has been taken, there may be a risk of cross-contamination which may affect those with severe allergies. All dishes will be clearly labelled.

Amending or cancelling your Order: Once you have submitted your Order and your payment has been authorised, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Order, nor will you be entitled to a refund.

Issues / complaints: If you have an issue with your Order, please call us immediately on 07932 996776 so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Refunds will not be permitted in the instance of you cancelling your Order. The only instances in which you would be eligible for are refund are:

  • If, once we have taken your order and payment, we are unable to process your Order due to circumstances out of our control
  • If you have a genuine complaint with the quality of your Order. You may be required to provide proof by returning the Order so that it can be investigated, and also proof of purchase.
